- Airtable Record Digest — Fetches records from an Airtable table and notifies contacts with a digest of the record data.
- Appointment Reminder (Google Calendar) — Google Calendar-driven appointment reminders. Reads upcoming events directly from your Calendar (no CSV to maintain), sends 24-hour and 1-hour reminder emails to attendees, and tracks state in a Sheet so each event is reminded exactly once per window. Cross-platform (python runtime).

Reads today's events from your Google Calendar, filters by title prefix (default \"Birthday:\"), and sends a single summary to the owner. Generalizes to any annual milestone \u2014 change the prefix for anniversaries, holidays, work events.

- Certificate of Conformity Generator (Docs → PDF → Customer) — For shop floors marking shipments \"ready-for-coc\" in a Google Sheet, automatically copies a Doc template, find-replaces merge fields with row data, exports PDF, files to Drive, emails the PDF to the customer's buyer, and marks the row \"coc-sent\". One CoC per scheduled run. Zero AI cost \u2014 fully deterministic.

- Document Request Chaser — Daily digest of outstanding client documents, aged and tiered into nudge / follow-up / escalate, with a draft request per client. Drafts go to staff for review - nothing is sent to a client automatically.

- Drawing Revision Watcher — Watches Gmail for drawing-revision emails. For each PDF attachment, AI reads the title block to extract part_number and rev. Looks the part up in a DrawingsTracker Sheet; if the rev is new, archives the old drawing to a Superseded folder, uploads the new drawing to the workflow's Drive folder, updates the tracker, and emails the estimator + production. Catches mid-production rev changes.
- Engagement Status Digest — Daily check of every active engagement - which are overdue a client update, which are blocked or at risk, and which milestones are near. Produces a draft per engagement for the lead to review; nothing is sent to a client.
- Filing Deadline Watcher — Daily reminder of upcoming tax and compliance filing deadlines from a firm-maintained Sheet. Reminds at 30/14/7/3/1-day windows and flags anything already past due. Does NOT calculate due dates from tax rules - the firm enters the dates.

- Image Batch Resizer — Trigger-file driven image resizer. When a new image lands in an inbound folder, generates thumbnail and web-size variants and moves the original to a processed folder.
- Inbox Phishing Scan — Read new mail from any IMAP inbox (read-only), judge each message deterministically, and alert ONLY when a message is phishing — using real SPF/DKIM/DMARC results, sender/reply-to/DKIM alignment, and link domains. No AI.
- Intake Response Tracker — Finds new client enquiries in Gmail, ages them, and flags any waiting longer than your response threshold. It does not reply, and it does not run a conflict check.
- Invoice Reminder (Sheets-driven, escalating) — Sheet-driven invoice reminder. Reads an InvoiceLog Sheet, sends personalized reminder emails for overdue invoices with escalating tone (friendly → follow-up → final), stamps each row to prevent duplicate chases. Replaces the thin CSV-driven invoice-reminder workflow that sent one generic email regardless of which invoice was overdue.

- Leaked Password Scan — Check a list of your passwords against the Have I Been Pwned breach corpus (~14B exposed passwords) using privacy-preserving k-anonymity — the full password and full SHA-1 hash never leave the machine. Reports which passwords appear in known breaches, how many times, and masks them in the output so the report is safe to email.
- Lease Renewal Reminder — Daily digest of upcoming tenant lease expirations in 90/60/30-day windows. Reads the Tenants Google Sheet and alerts the landlord/PM in time to negotiate renewal or list the unit.

- Reconciliation Variance Explainer — Compares a GL export against a subledger or bank export, flags every account differing by more than a threshold, then has the AI write the covering narrative. The variances are computed in code - the model only describes numbers it was given.

- RFQ Triage (Gmail → Sheets → Drive) — Triage incoming RFQ emails. AI-extracts customer/area/qty/material/processes/due, files attachments to a per-RFQ Drive folder, appends to a Sheets quote log, auto-replies to the customer in thread with a reference number, and notifies the estimator. Processes one RFQ per scheduled run.
- RSS Digest → Google Doc Archive — RSS digest that appends each run to a growing Google Doc archive. Each day prepends a new dated section to the Doc; the email contains a link, not the bulk content. Builds a searchable reverse-chronological news archive.
