The dates that sit above the submittals and the RFIs, with a watchdog on them.

What it does

Reads your Milestones sheet, sorts open milestones into 30/14/7/3/1-day windows, flags anything already past due, marks rows your team set to at risk, and closes with a count per project.

Covers the dates an engineering firm actually gets measured on: submittal dates, review windows, permit deadlines, inspections, deliveries, closeout.

What it does NOT do

It is a reminder, not a schedule. It does not open your P6 or MS Project file, does not recalculate a critical path, and has no idea a predecessor slipped last week.

It reminds you about the dates your team entered. When the programme moves, the sheet has to move too — and every digest says so, because a stale reminder that looks authoritative is worse than no reminder at all.

Dates in YYYY-MM-DD

Use the source column. Record where the date came from — contract exhibit, programme revision, permit authority. It is the answer to "why is that the date?" six months later, and it costs one field at entry.

Customization

Windows. WINDOWS in the compose task. Long-lead permits often justify adding 60 and 90.
Per-owner digests. Column E is read and printed; filter on it and run once per owner.
Per-project digests. Filter on column A for a project-specific distribution list.
