Paypal Vault Payment Tokens V3

Connector for the paypal-vault-payment-tokens-v3 API, generated deterministically from its OpenAPI spec (endpoints, auth, and methods match the spec exactly — nothing is invented).

• Base URL: https://api-m.sandbox.paypal.com
• Auth: OAuth 2.0 client-credentials — the tool fetches a token from /v1/oauth2/token using your clientId/clientSecret, then calls the API.
